Screen too dim and changes brightness when going fullscreen
I have a desktop that is connected to a TV and after the startup the screen is dim until I go fullscreen in any app for example google chrome, when I press f11 it becomes brighter. Now even this doesn't work and my screen is just dim, can I somehow turn this off?

likely having to do with brightness or light detection

Modern day TV and Monitor usually have a out looking light sensor just like a phone or tablet does, allowing for auto brightness control based on either the app (like if it is all white website it should auto lower the brightness, and increase it if the room ambient light is dark or if the website is in dark mode)

What exact model TV do you have, we could look up how to make such changes in its menu system. Also Windows 10 itself has a setting for this.

Well thats not really what I've explained, it doesn't change color based on the page brightness, it only changes color whenever I go fullscreen and stays like that until I turn the pc off. Not sure where to find the exact TV model

The model will be printed on a sticker on the back of your TV.

When did it start doing this?

Doe it do it when only a Monitor is plugged in?

The reason it does this when the sensor is on is to help with eye fatigue when you are using the TV channel guide, viewing websites and such, but it can detect a full screen app such as DVD, Bluray, making a show or movie full screen, or even when a game console or PC goes to full screen in an app or game. That's why it resorts to full brightness when doing full screen stuff.

I've tried doing this, it didn't help. I started my computer with my screen dim, then started a game, went fullscreen and the screen became bright again, all of this was done with ambient sensor off
