Your first mistake is trying to use AMFMF, it's current implementation is garbage.
There is no reason to use AMFMF on ANY of those titles.
Anti lag and sharpness you can keep enabled, but not necessary either.
Put everything on default or do a fresh adrenalin reinstall.

Performance issues like these are also pretty common, the friends that have used cards like the 7900-XTX have often seen the same thing, you probably should have kept the 4090 because its overall more power efficient (especially when undervolted) and it's a better overall GPU. It's just more expensive.
VT2 - never, you can run that game on a potato these days, all default settings
Darktide: depends on the driver, but it has had issues in the past with AMD GPU's. It's the only game i freely admit it does not like AMD cards.
