I was testing that myself with Chrome and many adblockers simply don't work anymore, and you can tell Google detects them (even though they sort of work sometimes here and there) because the YouTube download/buffer speeds are throttled as a result of them detecting the blocker. Especially at 4K and 8K. Normally I have no issues buffering an 8K video where it never has a buffering pause issue.
Using this blocker, I no longer have such issues.

Update your browser and extensions.
Maybe try Brave web browser.
Again given the amount of threads and issues you make, plus the laptop you have changing manufacturer and models on nearly every thread theres a strong doubt here.
Take a video so we can look at it.
People didn't seem to bite on the last thread(s), and half the time I wonder if these are fabricated or are being used to troubleshoot others peoples issues by making threads about them here, to which I'd recommend whoever's actually having the issue - if anyone is at all - they get someone that knows what they're doing.
The seemingly completely random and half the time unbelievable issues happening this frequently means something is up, and most of the time, it doesn't seem likely that the systems are producing these problems randomly, seems like it's either fabrication or user error.
Who knows, maybe you have to update the adblocker.
Try not disabling the adblocker and use firefox with uBlock. There is no way the adblocker isn't working if you're using that combination by default settings of uBlock.
Also you change which system this is about so frequently, last time it was an "acer predator orion 9000" which is far more than capable of processing overall compared to an A4-5000. Even that CPU is very capable of youtube and adblocking especially if a 2006 equivalent CPU could play L4D.
