No Realtek 2nd Output (the only option I receive I sound when enabled) is missing after installing the Realtek Audio Driver
I installed the audio driver of my motherboard : https://www.gigabyte.com/my/Motherboard/B450M-DS3H-V2-rev-1x/support#support-dl-driver

But after installing it I receive no sound. I used to receive sound from the "2nd audio output" but that is missing.

How do I receive sound again?

Thanks.

EDIT: Installing a different driver fixed it.

Case front panel audio jacks. Jacks at the back of the case didn't work either. But after I installed a different driver it got fixed.

get the correct drivers from the mobo mfg site

run the realtek audio control panel, and config it as needed
The reason I chose the oldest driver was my headphones were producing a low volume of sound even at max volume. That driver fixed it a few years ago. But this time it didn't work. So I installed a recent driver and my no sound problem got fixed.
Realtek audio driver needs to come from Motherboard maker. No place else. Realtek stopped allowing stand alone drivers directly from their website since the Motherboard or Laptop maker customizes them anyways.

After you install such Audio Driver, all the audio settings on the OS get put back to defaults for that so you'll need to make changes. Do not set the Audio to Headphones, set it to 2 channel Stereo Speakers. Make sure all the audio volume sliders gets turned back up again. If you play games or watch movies that support surround sound, enable virtual surround in the audio enhancements settings for Realtek or others. When you select Stereo Speakers set them to Full Range, regardless of what's actually being used, as long as you are using 2 channel Speakers or Headphones then this is correct. If you actually select Headphones this is often why the max volume gets reduced. They do this on purpose. Just like when using headphones via phone/tablet it has a red area and warns you about using them cranked up too loud. Some movies and games are more quiet then others so setting it to Speakers helps retain that higher max volume.
