But why would you want to use that GPU. If you have even a mid range dedicated GPU that should be able to handle 3x Displays without any slow downs or problems
Even without a Display connected to Motherboard for iGPU, you can still install and update that GPU Driver and also use it for things like Video Encoding
it should have lan and audio ports, maybe ps2
but most have atleast hdmi or maybe dp, 8th gen maybe it has a dvi
you can use it for video encoding/decoding
but any dedicated gpu will be faster
may help a bit for streaming games or remote play
Most USB-C cables are only good for charging and don't have any data throughput, you also need a display that supports USB-C as a display output
Given the many, many threads you have with hardware, I would highly consider hiring someone to build your system(s) and resolve your issues.
