I had the same budget some time ago, I bought a decent PC to play the games I like, and a good laptop on the side.

Something like this should be in your ally:

should be enough to play virtually anything.

Sure, you can spend 3K for a PC, but it is only worth it if you are going to fully exploit your PC imo.

Nah this would be a downgrade from my current PC. I definitely want to pay something close to the 3000 and I am definitely going to exploit my PC. lol

What do you mean little dated, it`s latest generation currently out.
Might be little iffy with Intel`s current problems with 13th and 14th gen CPU manufacturing though and Ryzen 7 7800X3D would be safer bet.

Anyway the same website has their own custom PC configurator as well where you can order for one built with your chosen components.

Motherboard is somewhat overkill, MSI MPG Z790 CARBON WIFI would be plenty good at half the price.
PSU would prefer to be 1000W.

Plenty of motherboards that are overpriced like hell. Trick is to get good middle ground that has all the features you need for chosen CPU. Not too cheap with crap power delivery and not overly expensive with features that most people never need.

Yeah. I mean for my purposes it will be decent enough, playing AC: Valhalla and various RTS games.
