Headphones not working

When I open any steam game after about 15 seconds my headphones just turn off. And the sound starts going out of the laptop. When I close the game everything starts working normal.

Which Brand + Model of Laptop?

Which headphones?

Are they wired or wireless; let us know what the connection type is. Such as 3.5mm audio jack (wired) or if wireless, does it use a dongle, or are they using Bluetooth.

the laptop`s victus 016 (thats hp). the headphones`re galaxy buds live. they`re wireless, use bluetooth

Then try loading up the Windows Audio Settings where it shows all the volumes. Load a game, then once at main menu of game ALT+TAB back to Desktop and enable the audio for that app/game. Then switch back to game.

the settings just close. when i open them again i see the headphones are disconnected, when i try to connect them they connect (but normally it is written "the microphone and audio connected" (or something like that) and now it just writes "connected"), but the audio still goes out of the laptop

I would track down what blutooth card is in the laptop and reinstall the driver for it....my sisters laptop was doing this about a year ago....reinstalled drivers fixed hers....

oh i noticed that when i open a game the terminal opens and writes

I want to blame that feature "Hands-free Telephony" if it is a Bluetooth device.

didnt quite understand ur question. the output is from the laptop when i launch a game (first 15 seconds everything`s normal)

Ok connect the BT headset and in Windows Audio go to Control Panel and from there make the BT Headset the default device for Playback. If it has a Mic or you wish to specify another Mic set that as default comma device under Recording.

Then launch Game Client + Game
