Intel GPU market share a big fat 0%
According to PC World, Intel has been kicked out of the GPU market, having a zero percent market share. A year ago Intel held a mere 2% and that gain is gone.

So now it’s a war between AMD and Nvidia again though if we’re being realistic it’s Nvidia’s world, we’re just living in it, holding an astonishing 88% of the market.

Intel is having a very bad year.

Well there is a difference.
NVIDIA is much more AI oriented for Business sales. AMD is gaming oriented mostly and that doesn't just cover PCs but their hardware is in all modern Consoles from the Xbox and PS standpoint

Pretty soon everything will have an AI acceleration based CPU or at least an AI chip as a counterpart to the CPU. The next Gen Laptops and Phones are already headed that way. And not all of these AI chips are going to come from NVIDIA.

Interesting.
First about AMD share. Remember that 12% of the whole market is quite a lot in direct numbers. It's probably enough to keep AMD in business. The business decisions now will have effect in the future. Nvidia decided to push on AI. That will make them less focused on graphics. Will that pay off?
Regarding AI, I have doubts. Currently AI is pushed on customers. If customers will be asked to pay for it (AI chip is very similar to graphics chip, with complexity and the price), it will probably quickly die, or be reduced to the niche solutions.

Well then. I guess it depends what peeps plan to use the PC for the choice is clear. ; )
But, I think BF2042 was suppose to highlight the big bad 4090, but the game being a failure, plus introducing crossplay just killed it. Even COD PC took a hit with crossplay which is ruining PC gaming. Other words games just aren’t worth building PC for like they once were. Especially with a $2000 gpu. Nv holding on to there gimmick Ray tracing. AI? Is this another gimmick?

Yeah, they are a joke.
Good specs on paper, but terrible in reality.
I bought 1000 shares of AMD in 2009 for just under $5/share. Now it's like $164/share so I'm keeping my money on that one for sure.

It's insane to see INTEL @ like $23/share now

If they just kept at it, would have been in a better position, but they been vary quiet about it. I mean they did have pretty good performance gains with drivers but it was such a hit or miss, no one wanted to take that risk.

Yes and no. It had a rocky start like any newcomer to the market would've but Intel has been good at fixing the problems. Moreover, The perf of the A770 compares pretty favorably to its present competition in the roughly $300 price range[gamersnexus.net] (RX 7600, RTX 4060), but the ghost of the RX 6700 firmly beats it every single time.

Plus Intel saw the iron was hot but struck it too late. G.P.U. shortage was coming to an end just as the Arc cards were being released.
Bro it's difference of the share everything is very serious here.
Do you wanna sit all life in front of the screen or make a money.
BTW I dont ever wanna go for this beacause it is a piece of sh...
You know something like manure... that nobody underestands

A770 compared to the RX6600 which costs $200 and may run a bit slower but you see what I mean.

No, don't see what you mean. Because its pretty favorable for the price class its in; in regards to performance. As Tonepoet noted its comparable to a 7600 or 4060 for under $300. You can actually find the 8GB, which is what is directly comparable to both of the former, for around $240 if you look for sales.

Their issue is their launch and the lack of compatibility with the older APIs and thus having terrible support and performance in older titles. Along with not having the best day-one support for new launches. They have significantly improved that situation though and it'll be interesting to see how they fare with Battlemage now that they have some of the major issues ironed out in regards to drivers. It's going to take them at least a few generations of well supported drivers and solid game compatibility to build trust in the brand before they really stand to make inroads.

AMD's decision to essentially abandon the high-end to Nvidia will be interesting to see how that impacts Intel in the low/low-mid range.
I see a lot more complaints about AMD than Nvidia.

I still don't see this GPU being good for the price because the RX6600 is a bit slower but it's 2/3 the price. Not to mention the RX6600XT which costs the same.

I hope they will be more competent with the next generation, but something tels me that it won't happen.

Intel should have made better drivers then. When you can't even manage source engine properly and starfield runs at single digits...

When are these companies going to learn to stop making barely passable products? Intel's gpus should have been nothing short of amazing, with the best features, the best price, the best value, the best support, the best drivers.

But no, they decided to make trash-tier. Maybe if they hire actual working brains to make decisions, who knows.
when the next bit coin gold mining hits us again they mite sell a hand full lol.

Intel problem with its drivers for older games then if you look at the fasco over 13th and 14th Gen processors. Would you as customer buy there graphics cards. Yes we know Intel has improved them since first release.
