3th SSD at 100%, already at 75% health and doesnt have even a year
So its the 2 time im writing this bc steam crashed so sorry for bad english.
So i have had my pc for about 3 or 4 years by now. In the moment my specs are:
RTX 4060; 16gb ram; i5 10th; 1tb hd; 500gb ssd (changed my gpu from a gtx 1660 super)
So since my last GPU my pc is been having some real problems. At the most random times the ssd scales up to 100% of use even if nothing is running at the background. Before i used to wait about a week or so to that to stabilize. But now its almost every time i turn it on, so since i had my 4060 i have been shuting down the power, that way the pc is forced to turn off and it gets back to normal. But this is been happening so often that im afraid i may endup breaking my pc.

Like i sayed im in my 3th ssd it doesnt have even an year and its already at 75%-80%
I dont know what to do and google reddit and the assistent that changed my ssds isnt going to change it again.

Where did you buy this ssd? Did this ssd came with warranty or not?
If you bought ssd from good places or well known places it better ask the store for replace a new one or equal one.
If you bought this from somebody or unknow person then you had to farewell it sooner or later.
Rare occasion some local stores just give you fragile/broken ssd with warranty but they may replace for you a new one with same manufacture, then you tried look at comments/reviews about this ssd model/manufacture you saw they rated pretty low. This may just selling tatic like selling all stuffs from storage/warehouse never tested products or products was fragile during transports or something like fire damage and finally they got money and being sued.

try this

https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000091878/graphics.html

after you get rid of all GPU drivers install just the 4060 drivers and disable intel GPU in device manager......see if it helps.....

oh forget to say uninstall Nvidia drivers and intel drivers in the same pass with the DDU software

That's a dying SSD, obiously. No good SSD should have a wear & tear health below 90% even after 5 years of everyday usage. I run all my SSDs hard for years and they still at 92-98% and some of them are almost 10 years old.

A whole build got 10 years warranty or just ssd? But I have to ask why don't you ask that person replace different ssd model/manufacture?

Not very much has 10 year warranty with regards to PC stuff. Not unless maybe its a Pro model of SSD and maybe a decent quality PSU. The rest of tye parts would have something around 1-5 years depending on the model of each part.

Deal with the brand maker directly for warranty.

What is the program or service in task manager that is spiking up the usage?
If it's SysMain then try go to services in Windows and set that service to disabled for a while and see if its usage is more stable.

And disable Superfetch, Indexing and Windows Search

Make sure TRIM is enabled for each SSD.

Make sure to install proper updated and official drivers for everything such as Motherboard Chipset, NVME, SATA AHCI

Intel Motherboard based = Use the Intel Driver Assistant website

SuperFetch has been renamed to SysMain in Windows 10 1809. Hence why I mentioned the new name. Not sure why Microsoft enables it by default on systems with enough RAM (16GB+) and SSDs.

That's the name. Don't look at the names, look at the Description. Within Task Manager Details or under Services
