Graphics card issue
Error:No compatible graphics device found. Using dx12 on a Dell with Intel HD graphics 4600 and Windows 10.

Win10/11 using Intel iGPU it basically needs to be an Intel UHD 610 or later/better.

If you don't have a dedicated GPu card then it's pointless to be trying to use things like Steam for playing games.
