maybe worth it for 4k, but i doubt it will do native 4k gaming
PSSR has me very intrigued though as does the RT potential. The Game Boost option seem cool too, but not enough was shown to warrant a purchase right now.
Playstation 6
No disc drive
Needs activation online
Subscription for online aka nintendo
Game pass all game access for big money
No game prevervation or backup methods
there are so many since launch day
just because they are also ported to ps4 xbone and earlier does not mean they are not designed or ported to ps5
the ps5 controller (dualsense) has adaptive triggers, that do different effects in games designed for the ps5
How big is a Blu-Ray? 60GB? 90GB? A Blu-Ray can't hold a PS4 game let alone a PS5 or even 6. physical is dead until someone creates a cost effective medium that can keep up with increasing file sizes.
most games shipped on disc need updates anyway
there is no way to get around online sub or account with the ps3 and xbone newer
psx with online support cloud save
you can also backup your saves to usb
same with xbone and newer, even without any sub, all games are saved on cloud, and you can backup saves or game data to usb
4k bluray disc is 128gb max.
