I won't say anything except that I cannot fathom why anyone would be excited for Windows 12. Imagine being forced to participate in Cloud-based nonsense. That could never be me, not when I paid for my PC.
No doubt it will be filled with even more bloatware and data collection.
NPUs are also not required.
They missed out on the smartphone revolution. Apple and Google took it to their advantage and both are powerful as hell. Meanwhile Steve Balmer mocked the smartphones and underestimated it.
Then they realized they f*cked up and tried to take a part in the smartphone industry. The result of these efforts were Windows Phone and Windows 8. We all know what happened.
Then came the VR and Microsoft this time decided to act early by creating "Windows Mixed Reality". That didn't lead anywhere. I call that after 15-20 years VR will be a big thing.
This time the same thing is happening with AI. They are trying to make sure they don't miss the next revolution.
