intel hd/uhd, aim for games 10 years older than the cpu

What exactly is the name of your Intel Core i3 processor you have?

In theory it should run (with the lowest settings), as the game requires DX11 and your iGPU does support DX12. But... the minimum requirements for the GPU is an NVidia GeForce GTX 1050 which would outperform the UHD 600 by a few times, at least, depending on the exact CPU and iGPU you have. It also might be a problem with VRAM. iGPUs are usually limited in the amount of RAM they can use as VRAM. Now, TCG Card Shop Simulator should't be that VRAM intensive, considering the limited 3D area. You're best bet is put this question in the games forums and hope the devs will answer it: https://steamcommunity.com/app/3070070/discussions/. ( Now I saw you already posted in the game forums... good, there's a better chance someone has tried this game out there than here. When I searched the Steam Store I've seen a Demo indexed for the game, but it's not available anymore. Maybe you could ask the devs for a demo, they could send you an activation for their internal testing/demo release to try it out. )

As for the CPU, it shouldn't be a problem for an i3 with any kind of UHD 600 graphics (I'm guessing intel core 7th generation or higher), as the minimum CPU specs are pretty low.

Game Requirements:
SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS MINIMUM: OS: Windows (64-bit) 10 Processor: Intel Core i5-3550 Memory: 8 GB RAM Graphics: NVidia GeForce GTX 1050 DirectX: Version 11 Storage: 5 GB available space RECOMMENDED: OS: Windows (64-bit) 10 Processor: Intel Core i5-6400 Memory: 8 GB RAM Graphics: NVidia GeForce GTX 1070 DirectX: Version 11 Storage: 5 GB available space

The problem isn't the i3; it's that the iGPU on any i3 is simply terrible. UHD 610 no where near UHD 620/630

i3 w/ UHD 610 is barely good enough for GTAV @ 720p

no, min gpu is 1050
thats about 1000x stronger than any intel hd/uhd

Stick to games that do not use DX11/12

Thanks for the reply! I’ve just seen this video on YouTube and think it matches the same process as my laptop? What are your thoughts?

Thanks for the reply! I’ve just seen this video on YouTube and think it matches the same process as my laptop? What are your thoughts?

That video shows an 11th Gen Intel Core i3-1115G4 Tiger Lake CPU with a dumbed down Xe graphics card. The official name of the GPU is "Intel® UHD Graphics for 11th Gen Intel® Processors" which is clearly not a UHD 600 series card, but a better one, it's two generations above, in terms of GPU architecture. There's a big difference between a HD 600 / UHD 600 card and an UHD card from Tiger Lake generation or above. I've been looking up what you might have and I guess you have a Intel Core i3-8130U. I've managed to make a comparison between the UHD iGPUs that can be found in a mobile intel i3 7th gen, 8th gen and 11th gen (check the 3DMark scores and percentage differences):
https://www.notebookcheck.net/HD-Graphics-620-vs-UHD-Graphics-620-vs-UHD-Graphics-Xe-G4-48EUs_7435_8098_10397.247598.0.html

So, just please check your CPU name, without the name, we can't know for sure of the performance. The UHD brand is quite generic at Intel, they've been changing numbers for years, and some drivers just show "UHD graphics", so it's becoming harder to find what exactly are the specs of the card without the name of the processor. On the other hand, you can find the name of the processor quite easily, in system info or in processes, or just install CPU-Z from a valid site, and get more info on CPU, RAM, etc.: https://www.cpuid.com/softwares/cpu-z.html.
