scroll down to pc resolutions, and pick the native, and select 120-144hz
120hz vs 144 is not noticeable.
the 4 pins around the bar are for analog, same signal as vga
i think the last gpus with dvi-i/a port were the gtx 9xx series or amd r9 3xx
anything newer with dvi will be digital only dvi-d
