Looking to upgrade from RX580
Mainly trying to get better performance in Hell let loose, looking to spend less than 200 on a used GPU, are there any good websites for comparing gpus I heard the userbenchmark site is pretty bad.

Tough call. Maybe used? The 300 mark is around entry to the next level of cards like the 7600xt.

Maybe others will have best advice, idk. I feel you though. I was on the same card until recently.

You're not going to get all that much of an upgrade for 200 (assuming USD), you would get better results from the second hand market, brand new would maybe get you a 6600-XT or 6650-XT, otherwise the 6600, which won't give you much of an uplift.

For about this money you can get new RX 6650 XT but it`s not that great of a upgrade.
Best to save up to $300 for RX 6700 XT or 6750 XT.

I found a 6600XT near me for 125, from what you guys are saying that sounds like a pretty good deal, thanks guys.

I like TechPowerUp (they show relative performance when checking a given GPU in their database) and Tom's Hardware (chart presented hierarchy) for getting a foundation and making quick, rough (key word) comparisons.

Both are going to show slightly different results, which is actually good as they have different methodologies and likely different suites of games/software they test with. This just means that if you accept no particular amount of difference as the absolute, always guaranteed difference, you're good.

If you want to narrow it down further, Gamers Nexus, Hardware Unboxed, or some other text form websites that do reviews on a particular GPU can be searched for and added to the mix. The more data you consider, the closer to true accuracy your results should get.

As for your upgrade, the RX 580 is pretty close to a slightly better GTX 1060, it's a hair faster and has 2 GB more VRAM, but it uses a lot more power and doesn't have as good of modern day driver support. A new GPU at $200 is basically the entry level starting point for low end, modern performance, and that would get you an RX 6600 non-XT, which is better than the GTX 1080 (but not Ti) in performance, so it gives you an idea. nVidia doesn't have anything compelling new at this price point. You could expect a bit more performance if you go used. The 6600 XT you found is close to the GTX 1080 Ti and RTX 2070 Super. At $125 that sounds fair.
