A real good 240mm is the ARCTIC Liquid Freezer II 240.
And really, it's what the K SKU is made for anyway. An overclocked 9900K can match and beat a 10700K
10th gen also runs hotter because it can use more power, so moot point. Guy already has the 9900K and z370-e
Z490 and Z590 = 10th or 11th gen CPUs
The only major differences between Z370 vs Z390 is every single chipset on the Z390 is Intel based and Z390 chipset has Intel Wifi embedded into the chipset.
