Webcam problem
Hi, on Friday I updated my graphics card driver, the thermal control driver etc. and also updated to the latest windows 10 verison. After all the updates has finished, I joined a call and saw that my webcam isn't working. After I checked the Device Manager and saw that the webcam isn't there anymore. Has the win update affected my webcam driver?

Update: I went on manufacture site and I choosed my laptop model and downloaded the Drivers. The problem is, there were 2 folders where was a .exe; I installed from the 1st folder "The Universal HP Webcam driver", But when I wanted to install from the 2nd folder, named Bishon, "The Integrated Camera driver", it gave an error " No device is Connected" What should I do?

Is it a usb camera? Try different port?

Oh, well i know this just a workaround but could get a new usb camera to use instead.

Otherwise might have to spend more time than its worth trying to fix it.

install all of the drivers from the laptops oem site
its most likely using the wrong usb or chipset drivers so it does not even see the camera yet

Guys, I added a ”legacy hardware” to device manager, and selected from Image Device the SCSI Scanner Device, and installed from the Sonix, my webcam ”HP Webcam 2MP Macro” driver. Now I have it, on image devices, but it has an error code named ”code 10, the device cannot start”. I ran a troubleshoot and it said that for the webcam it have a driver issue. After it ”fixed”, I restarted the laptop and nothing happened with the webcam. What should I do now, to solve the error code 10 in device manager? =)
