Is My CPU Good Enough?

You dont have a dedicated GPU? Seems like your system only has the integrated graphics on your CPU, and that will hinder you a lot when it comes to playing games.

At least, thats what I see. I could be wrong.

You don't meet requirements.

Is CPU the problem? There is no way to upgrade or make it adequate somehow, right?

You're not going to be able to play anything demanding with Intel graphics. I've played on similar laptops, that's a garbage experience in most games.

Newer laptops with a Ryzen 3 2200U and Vega 3 graphics would actually fare a lot better, funnily enough, and those are today's basic level laptops

You're running a laptop, you can't upgrade anything other than the RAM and storage which will do nothing.

You need a better system and the only way to do that is to have another system entirely because you're stuck with the 4300U and intel graphics.

Your best bet in the current market is maybe used PCs or brand new pre-builts. DIY is way overpriced when it comes to new GPUs.

Thanks for the answer. I played Arkham Asylum, Arkham City and GTA IV games with moderate ease graphicswise. These games don't launch at all, so I figured it should be about the CPU... Numbers don't seem to match anyway. But I figured maybe, turbo run 2.5 Ghz could be of use regarding my CPU. It says at 1.9 GHz to 2.5 GHz... Gosh, I am such a foreigner! :)

Thanks for the answers. I am pretty bummed out about this... I wonder, I have an old MacPro 2008, is there a way I can play on there? Maybe I could lower the graphics settings? I won't be able to afford a new system for quite a while, I live in the midst of an economical crisis. :D

The Mac would fare worse.

Those use directx 9 so maybe la noire can work. Arkahm knight is out of the question though because you would need directx 11 hardware acceleration.
I remember la noire being fussy with first launch. The solution I found was to close steam client, restart pc and run steam as administrator. This will let la noire perform the first time setup properly (I'm not sure why). After you get the game running you may exit, then close steam and run steam normally and la noire should still work after that.
Cheers!

for i5 i5-4300 well maybe good but SADLY you have the old U versions have only 2 cores the original 750 has turbo up to 3.2ghz with 4 cores you have only 2 and less turbo frequency so your processor is probably in celeron or atom proccessor in comperasion to PC
buy a cheap gaming PC for 500$ or less since you got laptop you can't upgrade CPU i suggest something like 11000 rocket lake i3 or ryzen 3 3200g and a avarage 8 gb ram ssd 240gb nvme or sata don't get a graphics card! these processors have good intergrated graphics

Theres game streaming services like Geforce Now, Stadia, Amazon Luna beta, Xbox Cloud beta and PS Now. You play the games on their servers. Geforce Now and Stadia both have some sort of free tier. Geforce Now free tier s 1 hour session limits but as many sessions per day as you want. Uses up tons of internet and you may have to plug your pc into the router to reduce input lag. Can use custom setting to tweak data usage etc... Each service has its own caveats. I don't think any of your games are supported by Geforce Now anymore.

Cpu has hd 4400 graphics and requirements are hd 2000 so might work.

yep wait 7 hours in line for just 1 hour for gameplay or pay 30 a mouth with a lot of lag and latency i prefer crap graphics instead with low latency

About $10 usd a month. Thought it was $5 at some point? Free version is good enough for testing. Not sure what the current wait times are. Cyberpunk bumped them up a lot I think?

So is there any chance L.A. Noire could work with the hardware I've got? If so, maybe the problem is something else like you said, and might be fixed with that method...
