(core voltage drop under load)
tries to run a higher voltage when the cpu is pulling more current
im guessing its an amd cpu, as long as the core voltage is staying around 1.2-1.4v its fine
higher voltage will make the cpu run hotter, just make sure its under 62-72c depending on the cpu
if its not overclocked, keep llc on low, it shouldnt be needed, unless the vrm config is 3+1 on a 95w+ cpu
thats about the only way to keep a fx9000 that cold at 5ghz
esp at 1.55v, thats pushing it for a custom loop
check it with cpuz, its most likely throttling to keep things cool
cpu or vrms
if the case has no airflow over the vrm heatsinks, they will cause throttling too even tho the cpu is still cold
the cm 120mm closed loop is about as good as the 212evo with good case airflow
if you're o/cing LLC should be On.
