Alt-tab while gaming is super slow and laggy after win11 24H2 update

I've had windows 11 for a while and no issues until today. Can I roll the update back?

24H2 is trash, stay off of it until MS fixes it next year.
Win12 on the way soon anyways.
Yes go back to previous OS which will roll-back to Win11 23H2 you had before.
Once you are on 23H2 w/ updates; disable Windows Updates.

you gotta admit that's kinda enraging given that steam works perfectly on all devices including my mobile phone

Steam on your phone isn't for gaming though so IDK WTF that has anything to do with your problems. Steam isn't even part of your issue. Win11 is junk but I guess the sheep will sta the course and never listen

I get laughed at for using Win10 by people in this very forum telling me to update to Win11 - I use both and Win10 and Win11 and have zero issues on my end (maybe because I am incessant on bug fixing the OS); although, Win11 is not my gaming OS as that laptop is merely for office work but I do some music creation yet the OS is still fine although that application is more CPU heavy than GPU; whereas I use an iGPU as well so not really the same thing as a "gaming" laptop thus not quite sure about Win11 gaming as I refuse to update to Win11 on the main gaming rig most likely to the MBR partition and inability to move to Win11 plus all the rumors about the OS sucking which in-turn could be a fact I care not to burden myself with.
