frame gen/scaling is not a magic fix
it needs source images which the weak gpu will have trouble making anyway
its also too low on vram

DLSS won't work magic especially on any RTX 20 series and especially one so low-end.

Laptops with GPUs below RTX 3070 / 4060 should be completely avoided.

Yeah, no. That laptop is absolutely not a good deal. It is basically just dead inventory someone wants to get rid off while still making money.
Aside from the RTX2050 which is just all-round bad (don't even attempt to use any RTX feature with that, it won't work in any playable fashion) it only has 8GB RAM which is too little for a lot of games today.
Any performance you hope to get from that will be massively underwhelming, if the games you (or whoever gets that) are even running on it.
