Or better yet would probably be a drain opening of sorts at the radiator exit point, and connect the vacuum to that so you can push the air out from the radiator. Your setup was a bit sketchy because of that long run between GPU and Rad.

Oh, so similar to flushing a car radiator or better yet, this reminds me of bleeding car brake-lines.
