But if you have an NVIDIA GPU you can try EVGA Precision, allegedly it supports DX12, but im not sure.
There really is no point yet. Afterburner and others will update once DX12 is here, which it really is not besides 3DMark and Tech Demos.
...but I'm not sure if that really qualifies, as DX12 was only patched in to that game after the fact.
Yes Steam Client, the FPS counter would work fine. As Steam has updated to fully support DX12/Vulkan with Overlays, etc.
For OSD from MSI Afterburner + RiveTuner, that would be because of that app.
Most of the time, the official MSI Afterburner is not updated often, u have to go to places like Guru3D.com and get the latest Beta version of that.
Pretty sure you mean "Rise of Tomb Raider" which supports DX12, TR-2013 does not.
