Intermittent disconnections with Ethernet connection (Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller)
For the past month now, my ethernet connection would randomly drop and re-connect after about 30 seconds or so.

I've tried everything I could find online and was unsuccessful in solving the problem:

Installing new drivers
Rolling back to old drivers
Completely uninstalling the device and drivers and re-installing
Turning off the "Allow the computer to turn off this device to saver power" option
Turning off "Green Ethernet" and "Energy Efficient Ethernet"

I could be imagining it, but I seem to disconnect most often when playing online games- when the traffic is high.

I'm on Windows 10
Any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Tried 2 more Ethernet adapter (One Realtek, one Intel). Both have the same problem.Turns out it is a broken router for me. Can't even get into the router's admin page, even after a hard reset. Swapped with an old router and it works fine now.

I didn't suspect the router because wireless worked, home networking worked, and there are many other devices (TV, Shield, etc.) that seemed to work just fine.
