I was just curious how far a AMD Radeon HD 8330 would get me, Not looking to play the newest titles, Maybe games like Skyrim, Minecraft, CS:GO etc. Don't mind playing at lowest setting just want Atleast 25-30 fps

Personaly, I think that will be fine. I was running those games on an old 5750.

not very far

8xxx is 8th gen gpu
x3xx = very low end gpu, enough for windows areo, and not much beyond that

I used to run a Radeon HD 7850 and ran new games pretty well, and at high settings usually, though it may differ.
