I see, What about dx12 supported game? I don't know much about this stuff but doesn't dx12 help older pcs run games better?

by the time games use dx12, the cpu and gpu will be way outclassed

I used to have a Radeon HD 7850 and I was running newer games at pretty good settings and frame rate.

a 7850 is much more powerful than an 8330
