Razer Synapse forgetting all peripheral settings?

This primarily affects my Razer Kraken 7.1 Chromas, which are too bass heavy by default without eq settings tweaking them (my mouse doesn't matter, I can live with 100 extra DPI). Whenever I close razer synapse and open it again or shut down then turn on my PC, razer synapse forgets all my settings and resets them to default (lighting turns to spectral, eq settings reset to flat line etc)

I have tried in offline mode, deleting the profile folder and uninstalling then re-installing synapse, none of which have worked. This issue seems to have been happening since my PC randomly restarted mid-game (which other forums have said may be due to Windows 10 bug, since my temps are pretty low), so somehow that could have caused it? I have previously used Synapse for about a year with no issues.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Same issue, opened a ticket at razer, they told me to reinstall. I did, not worked. Did you had a solution?

No, uninstalling and re-installing fixed it for me, sorry I can't help...

I had issues with my razer mouse and the software updates i tried etc never fixed anything, i then uninstalled the drivers and no longer use them and get no issues with either - i wont be touching razer products again.

Time to go back to corsair for me
