you can't overglock anything. once it's been glocked it will no longer function and additional glocking will not make it work any less.

As for overclocking, depends on your psu, but honestly no one in their right mind overclocks an integrated laptop chipset.

Laptops are already prone to overheating, overclocking makes it worse. You may get some mileage in combination with a cooling pad but basically the answer is no, it's not possible to overclock.
