In my country (CHILE) r9 270x is like 6 dollars cheaper than EVGA GTX 950 SC+
So i dont know which one i should píck =(

Corsair VS450, it have 2 6 pins conectors (Sorry for bad english D: )
The 950 only has a power draw of 90w-110w depending on the version.
EVGA is 110w - 300w PSU is Enough.

Even though it only has 2GB versions it is a really good GPU, its better than my 660 Ti, though i have 2, but 1 to 1 the 950 is better.
nVidia has been rock-solid at frequent driver released for the past 8 years. AMD / ATI has to come out every few years and say "Hey, we promise our drivers won't suck anymore moving forward. We promise.". Except rinse and repeat every few years.
