rog maximus viii hero internet speed need help
i changed motherboard and cpu and now the internet speed is 10 mbs it used to be 100 mbs on my last motherboard is it a hardware problem or a software problem

Any Wired LAN from the last 4-5 years should be 1Gbit, not 10/100 only.
After a motherboard swap on the same OS/Drive; go and remove all the Drivers that went along with your old Board and Devices; Reboot as needed, might require a few of those. Then go get all the latest ones for anything new; such as your Motherboard Chipset, USB 3.0/3.1, Wired LAN, Audio... etc.

where can i find all the old drivers
Asus ROG has drivers on their site. Just pick the model of mother board and get started.
