WiFi is very slow.
So I finally bought a new gaming PC but the wifi sucks. Ark for example is loading for hours now and it's not even half way done and even the 70MB of uplay took an hour to download.
I have: Win10, a Realtek 8812AE Wireless LAN 802.11ac PCI-E NIC wifi card, a totolink a1200pe adapter. The adapter only has a driver no program for settings and the wifi card itself is fully updated according to windows. Can anyone help me?

Does your WiFi router support 802.11ac?
Is it actually your WiFi that is slow, or just your internet connection?
Have you tried transferring a large file between two computers on your home network (one preferably connected to your router by Ethernet) and checking the speed there?

well we do have a 50,000 line which is usually fast and where can I see if my router supports the 802.11ac?

I don't know what a "50,000 line" is, what speed of internet do you pay for? 10Mb/s, 200Mb/s, more? If your ISP only gives you a 5Mb/s connection (for instance), faster WiFi isn't going to help.

As for your router, sign-in to its web management interface with your browser. Look for the Wireless settings, and see what it supports. Things you are looking for include (but are not limited to): 802.11a, 802.11g, 802.11n, 802.11ac; and possible combinations of those, depending on your router.
