Should I use logitech g430 usb or 3.5mm jack?
Is there a difference between using each one and if so which one is better for quality/loudness.

If it comes with USB, use that adapter + Driver & Software.
As the USB will mean it should be better overall when designed this way, as with the USB power you should have Headphone Boost; which u won't have on Analog 3.5mm unless you have a quality sound card that offers that kind of feature.

The ability to just use 3.5mm jacks does come in handy for other devices, such as Phone/Tablet/MP3, etc...
