Best GPU for AMD FX-4350?

I'm changing my stock GPU and I want something equally good to my CPU! I don't want to bottleneck my CPU I just want something equal.

My max budget is around 150$ but I could spend a bit more.

I would seriously consider upgrade Motherboard & CPU.

Well perfect I don't have to spend that much :D

I really like my CPU TBH
My currents specs are
AMD FX 4350
GT 730 2GB
8GB RAM
400w PS
Window 10
Native Resolution: 1366x768 720p 32" TV

Right now I can play all my games in high settings with 60 FPS! I really like my CPU I just know that my GPU put a huge limit on it.
