Keyboard and mouse switch functions by themselves

Hello guys,
In the past few days I've noticed the following problem : Since im mainly gaming, i get to hit shift/ctrl etc a lot. However, at certain occasions (After activating shortcuts such as Shift and Tab while in-game to open Steam, Alt - tab etc ) my keyboard switches functions and goes crazy. For example, when i click at apps, instead of them openning, i get a UAC popup permission message box. In addition, ESC(escape) key acts like alt and tab, i cant type etc. This is annoying as it immobilizes my keyboard and mouse . I think its a shortcut that switches the functions. What could be done about this problem? I've noticed it happens when im in-game such as playing CS:GO and it just made me restart my computer thus getting banned since I left from a competitive game as my keyboard and mouse started malfunctioning. Note : I've scanned for malware etc, nothing. At start up, everything is okay, its until i most probably hit a combination of keys. I've also searched all the shortcuts that could change the keyboard function but i cant relate to any. Thanks for your answers, and sorry for my bad explaining and English! This occasion is really wierd and it has left me speechless .
