I know it dumb to ask here but i don't understand things like this idk if i need to buy a new driver my pc or what so please help.

As long as your GPU is supported by the latest Driver version, yes.
Which if u are using an onboard AMD GPU that is built-into your AMD's CPU (aka APU) then yes the latest AMD Crimson should be compatible. Just click "Supported Products"

Also be sure to install the latest Motherboard Chipset too (in AMD's website > Graphics Driver; the Chipset for your Motherboard is listed under Optional tab there)

For your hardware; NO... Crimson is not supported.
You have an old AMD FM1 APU w/ Radeon HD6000 series GPU; that means u must use the last available legacy Driver version as your latest driver.

If u end up using a dedicated GPU; then u would simply use latest AMD Chipset Driver in conjunction with latest GPU driver designed for your dedicated AMD or NVIDIA GPU based on Model & OS.
