Keypad or mmo mouse?
I am kind of looking at buying either the Razer Orbweaver or the Razer Naga (epic maybe), Right now I have a Sensei Raw (orange) and it is still a good mouse for me, because I mostly play games that dont require more than what is on the Sensei. But I am kind of limited in playing in mmo's like SWTOR because I am not that good in extra key bindings.

The potential is greater with Orbweaver.

Plus you get a very comfortable mechanical keypad for all your other non-macro utilising games too (that is especially good if you have a laptop keyboard normally).

I do think it's overpriced for what it is, but it's kept me happy in Diablo 3 long enough for me to forget I am gaming on a laptop when in my uni country.

Just don't wear a watch with it, it cuts off blood circulation :)

Don't really use it with macros (don't play MMOs) so can't tell you anything about that.
