The hotspot for my GPU is at 92. Should i do something about that?

Isnt the hot spot thermal limit of a 3070 somewhere between 105 and 110?
Looks fine to me. Everything under 100 degrees celsius for the hot spot and a max of 20 degrees celsius difference between hot spot and global is just fine.

Youre good.

Personally I'd work on trying to get better airflow in the case first before tearing open the gpu. It's often better to look for simple solutions first before trying more difficult ones.

You can also find high CFM fans for GPUs, "direct replacement", but not originals from mfg..
Some replacements require re-paste, others do not, depending how your card is put together.
Again, recommended you take it to a tech., for the fans swap, it's not for the faint of heart.
what are you talking about?
fan swap on gpu does not require re-paste, or even removing the cooler from a gpu
most fans are easily removed along with their shroud
ebay/amazon have direct replacement kits for around $10-20
its easy to do and only take a few minutes

and no a new build is not needed every time the cpu gets to around 80-90c

Get Liquid Cooling for a gamer PC.
Fans are for Linux Boxes running 2D games and occasional online stuff.
Yeah all you need is a 10k rpm pump, a radiator and tubes, fans are for the weak.
I've had a 110degree Hotspot a couple times, then I adjusted the fan curve and undervolted my gpu by 9%, with no impact on performance

Edit: my gpu core hotspot is about 65C under full load now. :)

Why is your Samsung EVO ssd so slow?

Idle i suppose? I never had problems with it.

Nope. The maximum is 95c and you're not there. As long as you aren't seeing anything "Severe" like a sudden black screen while gaming or the computer shutting off while gaming then I would just let it be and enjoy playing games.

There's a very old saying that applies here: "If it ain't broken then don't fix it".

As I said, fans are CFM rated, no other ratings matter for Cooling. Replacing front fans ? Get the highest CFM fans you can find (possibly Amazon or Newegg).
Setup up your fan curve for cooling, 100% at 60C, 50% at 40C. Fans are cheap to replace, your HW is not.

10-15 degrees C delta is fine. although that temp is not if you ask me. the most detrimental action that will ruin hardware, is thermal cycling. going up to 90 degrees C and bringing it down to near room temp of 18-22 degrees C.

imo never skimp on a better aib models. some absolute moronic reviewers mislead people that you don't need better aib model for a 4060-4070 because it only sucks up anywhere from 110-220W. it doesn't matter if the cooler is not making proper contact with the ihs.
a laptop that only eat 22W at max, still heats up because of it's shoddy cooler.
although Idk how much it will do in your case. seems like you cramped all your hardware in some suffocating enclosure. so maybe the 60-90 degrees C cycle is not going to be that harmful? who knows.

but man 2200 RPM on the fans? how are you still capable of hearing anyone haha
