Steam not letting me play online games. Please help!

I can play any none multiplayer game or any game that does not need wifi to play. But any other game such as, Sea of Thieves and Tom and Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege will not let me play. I can load into the game but when I try to play a game this error code comes up. I've tried reinstalling steam, which let me play 1 game of Rainbow Six Siege then the error code came up after that. I've tried to disable the Anti-Virus on my pc, which did not do anything. But I logged into my steam account on a different computer and I was able to play all the games. So the issue must be something with my computer but I am not able to find it. This issue has been going on for about 4 months now and it started whenever I downloaded Rainbow Six Siege. Also, Any other game that is not on steam will work. I like the steam games and would love to play them but this issue has stopped me from playing most steam games. Please help me fix this. I checked to see if the games were not updated but they were and the issue still occurred thank you though.

I am not sure if the 3rd party launcher is launching correctly. Is it supposed to open a new tab of it, the game launches perfectly and I can do everything in the game like training matches in R6 but when I try to match make it loads for about 40 seconds then says "Connection Failure - Rainbow Six Siege error code [4-0xFFF0BE2C] - the attempt to connect to the server failed" Also, Sea of Thieves loads up perfectly but when I click play it says "The Sea of Thieves Services are temporally unavailable. Please try again later." I Tried them both with private network and public network but it didn't change anything. But I am pretty sure the problem is within my PC settings somewhere but I cannot figure that out. Thank you for helping!

Also, when I played on a different PC it is the exact same PC as mine but all the steam games worked so it has to be within my pc setting somewhere.

Also, I just tried port forwarding and adding steam.exe, steamsetup.exe, sea of thieves, and R6 to the exclusions of the anti virus threat for windows on my pc. And I tried flushing the dns and restarting the network thing in the cmd promt as admin. And verifying the integrity of the game files. All of these did not work. If you guys have ANY other ideas or help that may work let me know anything is appreciated.

Also, I looked at the Sea of Thieves support page and I did this

Clear Xbox Live credential from Steam
- Click the Start button from the bottom Left corner of Windows and type Credential Manager then press Enter.
- Once viewing the Credentials Manager, click the Windows Credentials button.
- Find Entries labelled Xbl_Ticket
- Left click any with 1717113201 (or 804980065 if you are playing the Insiders Build) in the name and select Remove
- Sign back in to Sea of Thieves

I can now get into the game and play for about a minute then the game crashes. So do you know how to stop the game from crashing? I haven't tried anything else yet expect I uninstalled and am currently reinstalling to see if that works. I haven't tried anything for Rainbow Six Siege yet because they have not contacted me back yet after I contacted their support team.

This comes up when I load up Sea of Thieves and if i click yes then it waits for like 10 minutes then shows the error code above /\. If I click no then the game works and I can load into a match for about a minute then I crash.

Nvm I finished reinstalling and it has been working for 10 minutes so far. But the error code when I open up the game still shows I just clicked no.

Nvm reinstalling it worked. I dont crash anymore. But if you have any ideas for Rainbow Six Siege.

Should I uninstall/reinstall R6 then verify the game files?

if windows changes the nic driver, it will default to public network, not private

many times windows rollup does drivers
you will need to get the correct ones again from the board mfg or amd/intel/nvidia

if steam is running as admin, it should allow its games to run through windows network even if its set to public

public should only block lan traffic, but still allow wan/internet traffic

Sea of Thieves is crashing again. It was having a popup error doing something with the memory but that was because I had In-Game Overlay on in GeForce. After I turned it off it is still crashing but no error message. The game freezes and makes my pc go VERY slow until the game fully crashes.
