cant recommend any bt mouse
and fyi, bt does use the 2.4ghz range

but a mouse dedicated dongle can be 2.5-5ghz

for pc its going to have input delays and be unresponsive at times
for tablet/tv, just use a controller, remote or a finger

No good mouse has a BT option on it.
Not a fan of Razer, but when I went to Canada for an extended stay, I'd gotten a Razer Basilisk V3 X to go with my Lenovo Legion 5 Pro laptop for my gaming fix. It did surprisingly well when I used it to play UT3, Dead Space Remake, Calisto Protocol, etc. It does both BT and RF 2.4GHz/Low Latency w/l)

The E.V.G.A. x20[www.newegg.com] is only $20 with 16,000 D.P.I. Some people complain about the scroll wheel breaking. It also a distinctly right handed design. I have not looked into its acceleration behavior.

You can use it as a wired mouse with a detachable cable, with an included 2.4 gigahertz dongle or as a bluetooth mouse. There's a switch on the bottom that switches between 2.4 gigahertz mode, bluetooth mode or off. It works as a wired mouse with the switch set to off.

At the price point of $20 I think it is worth a shot since I am pretty sure any other gaming mouse that meets this criteria will cost significantly more. Reports of broken scroll wheels is likely what keeps the price so low. Its M.S.R.P. is set at $70, but I have never personally seen it sell anywhere near that high. If anything, sometimes it goes on sale for even cheaper.

Nice! I wish I'd seen this when I was looking for a BT/RF mouse for my laptop, I think I'd paid about 50% more for the razer I'd gotten.
i have a deathadder v2 x, if you can get it for $30 it's a steal, otherwise eh. works with either AA or AAA batteries, excellent latency in 2.4, bluetooth works well with desktop use but gaming with it is rough. if razer software isn't a dealbreaker then get it
G502 RGB
are often on sale for like $35-40
