but a mouse dedicated dongle can be 2.5-5ghz
for pc its going to have input delays and be unresponsive at times

You can use it as a wired mouse with a detachable cable, with an included 2.4 gigahertz dongle or as a bluetooth mouse. There's a switch on the bottom that switches between 2.4 gigahertz mode, bluetooth mode or off. It works as a wired mouse with the switch set to off.
At the price point of $20 I think it is worth a shot since I am pretty sure any other gaming mouse that meets this criteria will cost significantly more. Reports of broken scroll wheels is likely what keeps the price so low. Its M.S.R.P. is set at $70, but I have never personally seen it sell anywhere near that high. If anything, sometimes it goes on sale for even cheaper.
