BenQ HT3550 projector shutdown due to heat I think. Really need solution to outsource heat somehow if anyone is a expert on this

I think it just shutdown after about 2 hours with watching a Amazon TV Show. The TV Show where it was from doesn't matter the point is it got that hot in the theater/computer room. :(

It said shutting down as I was watching in the middle of it. The weird part is the heat, overheat or temp. led or light wasn't on. Let me check to make sure there is one.

Please help if possible.

Where is the projector located, any air circulation around it, are the air intake blocked if it shuts down due to heat it's because it doesn't get air, is the system fan unplugged or broken can you hear the fan running Ben-Q projectors are usually loud if you can't hear it that's your problem
Put your hand near the slots on the sides if you don't feel any air coming out your system fan has a problem

Why it has nothing to do with the projector, I have one in my home theater room for streaming and stuff it's just plugged into it and doesn't interfere with it

There is a high altitude setting that turns of the fan speed. Fixed mine
