Issue with opening starting/launching two games on Windows 10 on 12900K

Hi pc:

12900K with NZXT KRAKEN X73

2x16GB DDR4 KINGSTON DDR4 3600MHZ in GEAR 1

RTX 3090 Ti Gigabyte Gaming

Aorus Z690 Elite DDR4 bios F5

SSD 1 TB NVM PCIE

Seasonic 1300 PX Platinum Prime

So i have installed Windows 10,newest.21H1

In Cyberpunk 2077 it happened on launch/start ,only 2 times,now its fine,it just crash to desktop. But in Watch Dogs Legion maybe 1 of 10 tries it will launch. Problem is only with launching starting. Thanks.

In other games no crash observed when launching. And my question is.

Is this related to Windows 10 and 12900K incopatibility or maybe my XMP is not stable?
In games there is not crashing only when opening.
Tested in Karhu Ram test no errors with xmp

Cyberpunk 2077 no have denuvo. So xmp,game,or windows?

get the correct drivers from the mobo mfg site

and use ddu to wipe gpu drivers and disable windows auto driver update
and get the correct gpu driver from amd/nviida/intel

Your Win10 should be on 21H2 (Nov 2021) + May 2022 updates as those are a must. 21H1 is sorely outdated.

Game launchers crashing could be an issue with one of the Visual C Runtimes or NET Framework as they require those to launch/function
