If you want 32GB total then buy a 2x 16GB kit. If you want 64GB buy a 2x 32GB kit.
2X16 or 1X32.... you would need special tools to see the difference

Dual-rank is slightly faster performance-wise ( "up to" 4%), which is insignificant but also loads the memory controller more.
Does that +32GB DDR5 worth the 80 dollars?
With that said, Ram performance, look for lower CAS/CL time rather than that extra 1000mt/s. Stick with CPU mt/s limitations when it comes to XMP, not motherboard, the +1% in performance is not worth the instability it brings. (Gain-Mhz/10 = percent of performance gain).
What you got there is enough for 4K@144hz & beyond.
Keep the 1x32gb if it's not a junk brand or high CAS/CL. Run the XMP the CPU specifies max. though.
