Msi x670e tomahawk red and yellow led meaning
What does it mean when red and yellow/orange static led apeared and it took like 5 minutes to get done? Is it memory retraining or something going on wrong with my rig? Its gone and now everything seems to working fine but that worried me

Could be memory training, do you have a heavy air cooler?, if yes, does your CPU socket have a support bracket?, as the socket can flex/warp causing an issue with the CPU seating.

Yes, it means your OC XMP for Ram is above CPU Specs. (for no actual gain today).
People seem to push the MB XMP specs. which is totally the wrong thing to do for a stable system.

xmp/docp is overclocking the cpus imc
they are almost always above the spec

does not mean the cpu cant do it

CPU manufacturers also overclock the crap out of their CPU's to get a few extra FPS on charts. This comes at the cost of noise and temperatures.

On my laptop I've actually turned off turbo boost. Went from 5GHz down to 4.2GHz base. Noise levels drastically down, temps down, and performance is about 1 to 5% less. Not much if you ask me.

Consoles also are quiet because they don't boost the crap out their CPU's.
