Try switching HDR off or reducing the refresh rate.
Make sure you are using a compatible refresh rate for your monitor at that resolution.
That monitor isn’t “1440p”, it is an ultrawide 3440x1440. HDMI is only supported up to 100Hz on it, DisplayPort supports up to 165Hz on it.
If it’s working fine and loses signal right when you launch a full screen game then your game is using an out of spec signal; either resolution or refresh rate is too low or too high. Full screen apps/games are taking over control of the display from windows. Try launching the game in borderless window mode which leaves the refresh rate and resolution at the desktop settings in windows control.
Or as noted above your exceeding the bandwidth of the cable you’re using.
