Gaming pc setup

Hi all ! I love to game, especially adventure RPG/third person shooter or anything with a great strory really. Favorites : Tomb Raider, Mass Effect, Requiem, Control, Until Dawn...However my PC is no longer fit to start up more demanding game in case of specs and requirements like Starfield, The Quarry, Shadow of the Tomb Raider...I'm planning on playing more of these 'heavy' games. Can someone tell me what would be the best gaming PC setup for me? Unfortunately I know games but I don't know anything about hardware/software

Entry level and yes its last gen but save money

not really tbh i paid $80~ for a used dell optiplex off ebay and a gt730 i can play most games at 720p just fine

Desk setup

_Distance from 15 inch monitor 24 inches , height of platform/desk 29 inches standard, height of chair standard 21 inches.
COSTS mostly free everyone throws things out at sometime in any country at tax time, right?

Rack setup(sounds like a torture device, based off tilt machenics to hold a posture)

_Distance from 40 inch monitor 3-6 feet, height of platform 6th rib from the bottom, height of stool 29 inch to telescoping with foot stool( can be tilted in that case screen is adjusted and chair is a beach one height with slide under side tables to possible floor to ceiling mounting then most go sphere and have 360 degree movement
costs....your sanity or humanity (probably both)

Standing setup

_Monitor is wall or is virtual space, roller cart for platform, chair; a dojo falling mat with a memory foam mattress on top of that
Cost(No pets, No family, No actual Home) Zero costs

Am attempting to take this serious, and slow. If hardware is to be probably measured and secured.
