I did but it doesn't connect
I tried everything on the manual
It picks up the wireless USB transceiver I switched it to 2.4ghz but it do nothing I know my usb ports are okay

there's a switch on the bottom of the mouse to change it from bluetooth to 2.4ghz wireless

Toggle power / wireless mode switch to "2.4GHz" position to turn on your mouse. > Connect the USB wireless receiver to an available USB 2.0 or 3.x port located on the front panel of your PC or nearby USB port (e.g. on CORSAIR MM700, MM800, MM1000 mousepads). > The battery / wireless LED indicator will turn solid white when connected. > Download the iCUE software from www.corsair.com/downloads. > Run the installer program and follow instructions for installation. If reconnection is required, initiate USB wireless receiver pairing via the iCUE software settings menu

If that doesn't work then you are going to need to send it back and get a replacement.
as that's what the manual says to do.

mouse does not use wifi
it uses its usb dongle

most are paired to the dongle by the mfg
use the correct dongle for the mouse

better off asking on the corsair forums
if you got it used, they may not have shipped the correct dongle for the mice

This mouse doesn't even have BT, so it's as simple as plug in the USB receiver and turn on the Mouse. It auto connects. Make sure the mouse is charged up.

Bluetooth wireless is best for everyday computing tasks, productivity, and office applications. > Initiate Bluetooth pairing on your Bluetooth 4.0 or higher enabled device. > Press and hold DPI UP (D) button. > Toggle power / wireless mode switch to "BT" position to turn on your mouse. > Follow the instructions to successfully connect your device. > The battery / wireless LED indicator will turn solid blue when connected

Then where is the switch? All I see is an on/off switch

The industry needs to collapse , selling people 100 dollar mice and keyboards, my tablet I'm messaging on right now was cheaper, get a trackball dude, if you are gonna game, trackballs will save your wrist and your desk

then use the corsair icue software to pair it with the usb dongle when the switch is set to 2.4ghz
Ok so put the switch on 2.4Ghz and plug in the USB dongle and then turn the mouse on. There is no driver, it's plug and play.

The mouse software is optional

it has a 2.4/bt/power switch

the icue software pairs the mouse to the dongle
once its paired you can uninstall it

You shouldn't even have to do any of that. The dongle that ships with a mouse is already paired with the device from factory. Only pairing extras you'd have to do is if you use it via BT
