Guessing your're on LGA1700 DDR4.. Look buddy, you lost out on a bunch of performance. Instead of trying to be some internet handwringer, maybe try to claw back some of those fps in the BIOS and Afterburner lol

the early new ddr version is always slower than the fastest of the previous gen

and many boards/cpu combos have trouble with higher speeds

I got launch DDR5 6000 that does 6800 with my 12th gen CPUs and Z690 Tachyon. Kingston manufacture date 2021, SK Hynix ICs.

1.33v looks pretty high for core voltage
unless the boards monitoring is wrong or needs an offset

most ram does not like to be overclocked like that
are you sure its stable?
cpuz does not show the ddr voltage used, only the xmp/spd profiles

6800 / cl 38 = 179, as good as generic ram
thats alot better than its xmp profile of 6000 / cl 40 = 150 tho

good ram should be 200+ (speed / cl)

12th gen benches are DDR5 6400 vs DDR4 3600. Do whatever math you want to make up the 20-30% increase in FPS for those games.

Might as well math to see if a 5.2 OC on all P-Cores gets less FPS than stock turbos, too.

depending on the mobo and cooler used
all core oc can result in lower clocks than stock due to throttling
either the mobo not able to deliver power needed, or cpu temps
