ya seems like it from what i just read, but hey if it works lol.
btw i edited this last comment as well ;)
but ya, i went 64GB, to me it was worth it.
ya, mine is having issues as well, got a line tech coming tomorrow, but i also upped my speed for less money and no data cap... but its only 600Mb down and 40Mb up, as gig speeds is like 90/100 bucks, my current is only 80.
no problem.
I mean, I'd think it's doable. At full boost Intel states an i9 14900k consumes 253 watts at full boost and the T.D.P. of the 4070 ti is 160. for a combined consumption of 413 in a worst case scenario? That leaves you 83 watts for everything else.
I think each stick of R.A.M. uses like, five, and people usually run two, so that's 10, and then each M.2 S.S.D. uses another 10 during write cycles, but you only need one. A mechanical drive for storage would use about 6. Your mouse and keyboard use something like .6, so let's round it up and say that's 17. So we're looking at say what? 66 watts of power left over?
I wouldn't advise it but it seems like it should be fine, although that's kind of assuming that the power supply is equally capable of supplying all of the watts wherever they need to go which might not be exactly the case if I recall correctly.
Does your P.S.U. have a 12HPVWR connector though?
T.D.P. of the 4070 Ti is 285W, not 160.
A 620W rated PSU can actually deliver 620W. What it willy do is pull more from the wall than it converts due to not having 100% efficiency.
