Looking to upgrade from 60Hz to 120+Hz monitor
Hi, I'm finally thinking about changing my main monitor to better, faster monitor after all years of playing on 60Hz

My friend recommended me "Koorui 24e3", which is very affordable (~700 PLN) and it's available in my country (Poland), has 165Hz, IPS etc etc
but I just heard about them, and I'm not sure if it's a good deal, or if I should look at something else that might be better

I always used 23.8" - 24" 1080p, so I'm comfortable with this resolution

KOORUI is a cheap brand that's been around for awhile now, it's somewhat popular for people on a tight budget

It's a chinese budget sceen brand, kinda like how Oppo/ Pocco smartphones.

I don't think you'll find them much cheaper then that considering the specs.

Probably better to go for MSI G244F 23.8" if you want really cheap 1080p.

AOC have good gaming monitors cheap, as r.linder said, Koorui are a good option too. I'm using a Koorui 1440p and it's very good, no ghosting and colour is good too which wasn't expensive.

Don't forget that when you increase your FPS you increase the load on your graphics card. And going from 60Hz to 120Hz doubles the loading. And there isn't much point in doing that unless you can maintain a stable 120fps.

higher fps takes more cpu and gpu
higher res is just more gpu

if you are using windows 8 or newer you need drivers or you will be limited to 60 hz. that have been tested by me.

You can get really nice asus, denQ or MSI monitors in the 28-32 range for just over 100 dollars on a decent sale. My most recent one is a 32in 144, i think i paid 120?

You always need video card drivers for it to work properly anyway ._. What a strange thing to bring up without real context

drivers for what?
you only need the correct gpu drivers, monitors never needed drivers
edid tells the gpu/os what the supported res/refresh/color limits are
